Coordinator: Wally Brown– The person in charge, the person who chairs the meetings.

Cocoordinator: Larry Hilwillire, Jr– Second in command, cochair of meetings. Fills in for coordinator when necessary and assists coordinator.

Secretary: Sister Mary Herrmann– Keeps records and assists. Point of contact with many agencies.

Treasurer: Joe Caldwell– Responsible for keeping accurate financial records.

Sgt. at Arms: Michelle Farley– Security.
